Step 7. X your layer palette the two (2) top layers i.e. Frame 3 and Frame 2 and activate Frame 1 (the bottom layer). Grab your paint can and flood fill the selections with your gradient colors..

**DO NOT DESELECT**
Step 8. Activate Frame 2 (the middle layer) and X out Frame 1 and Frame 3. Again, use your dropper and color chart choose 2 more colors a dark and a light one - they can be coordinating or opposite whatever you like, remember this is your tag! Repeat the flood fill process. DO NOT DESELECT
Repeat the this step one more time using a different color combination with only Frame 3 activated and the others Frame 2 and Frame 1 X
DO NOT DESELECT
Now, save your image as a psp just in case!
Step 9. Ok, now you are going to apply an Inner Bevel with these settings - Do this step on all three layers! Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel
Repeat on Frame 1, Repeat on Frame 2 and on Frame 3.
Now you can DESELECT
